Optimal Performance Specialists Summer Performance Training Program


Our Summer Performance Training Program lasts 8 weeks running from June 11 through August 3rd and includes a one week break occurring around the fourth of July.  This break allows for regeneration, and prepares the body for the increased demands of the second half of the program.  Our program improves agility, power and ground based speed by improving body mechanics, running form, improving strength, and overall body control.  Moreover, we look to improve cardiovascular function, and endurance.  By the end of the program you will be ready for your fall season sport, and will be able excel above all others.  We offer six sites for the training program twice a week at each site.  The training session will last roughly one hour, and will work 10 minutes of a dynamic warmup, 20-30 minutes on movement development with the remaining time is devoted to strength training.

                                                             High Speed Treadmill Fridays

OPS offers high speed treadmill training which allows our training staff to critique and correct your running form. Proper running form will not only make you faster and more efficient in any sport you participate, but it will also decrease the chances of you suffering a season-ending injury. Our performance coaches will take your running form to the next level so you can meet your athletic goals and dominate your competitors.

Treadmill Training is offered Thursdays and Fridays during the summer.  We have classes  from 7-9am, 10am-12pm and 1-3pm.  Sign up for the classes are on a first come first serve basis.

                                              21 sessions for $100

             Payment is due on or before the first day of the training program.
