Strength Circuit Training

Strength Circuit Training is our morning and evening class centered on getting people healthy, fit, and stronger for their daily lives.  Exercises utilized in our classes are structured and use a progression starting very basic and bodyweight oriented, and progress to loading weight to still stress the body.

 

Classes are offered:

Monday, Wednesday, Friday at 6 A.M.

Tuesday, Thursday at 6 P.M.

Friday Noon

 

We have a max visit of 4 per week and prefer a minimum of 2 per week.

10$ Per Session

12 Sessions for $100

24 Sessions for $190

Full Year for $700
